1.压力露点(干燥效果单位)
冷干机可以将压缩空气中90%左右的水份都分离掉,通过冷干机处理过后的压缩空气一般可以达到3°C-10°C的压力露点;
这就是冷干机最重要的一项技术参数:压力露点。
压力露点是压缩空气干燥度的单位,如果达不到某个特定的值,就无法满足某项生产工艺要求(每个行业都有其压缩空气干燥度标准)。
2.处理流量和处理压力
所以,选型的最终目的都是:通过冷干机处理的压缩空气能够满足生产需求。
那么就涉及到另一项技术参数:冷干机的处理流量和处理压力;
比如某车间用气量为5立方每分钟(m3/min),末端压力0.7公斤(mPa),压缩空气主要用于贴片机和零件吹扫。
大多数冷干机厂家会建议配置6-8立方处理流量的冷干机,而不少用户都会因为省钱选择5立方的冷干机。这并不是开玩笑,这是普遍存在的现象,我们每年夏天都会接到数不胜数的客户电话,诉苦当初没有买大一点的冷干机。
那么为什么冷干机厂家要这样建议?
因为高温天气的存在,以及有时候需要大负荷运转空压机的情况,都会导致冷干机负载,而负载带来的结果就是后端大量出现液态水,甚至停机停工。
经历过这种情况的用户,基本上以后都不会在冷干机的选型上省钱了。
冷干机按照处理压力的不同分为两种:常压冷干机、高压冷干机;
压缩空气压力大于12公斤(1.2mPa),就需要使用高压机型。
3.环境温度、进气温度
空压站的环境温度和压缩空气进入冷干机的温度同样是影响冷干机干燥效果的重要参数;
一般要求是环境温度小于40°C,进气温度小于38°C。
环境温度过高会导致冷媒散热不完全,进气温度过高会导致含水量过高以及降温效果变差;
进而致使干燥效果大大下降。
以上便是冷干机最关键的几类技术参数,是压缩空气用户在冷干机选型中绝对不能避开的几点技术参数。
